Appointment Policies

Thank you for choosing Arie Beauty Studio for your hair removal and self-care needs. We appreciate your time and commitment to our business. We know that plans can change, and we work to accommodate your needs while also respecting our staff's and other clients' time. Please take a moment to review our policies outlined below.

Booking:
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. An active card must be on file to secure your reservation.

Late Policy:
Scheduled appointments include a 6-minute grace period. After 7 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are not in the suite at 10 minutes and I am unable to accommodate your booked services, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your confirmation link. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a 25% fee.

No Show Policy:
If you miss your appointment without giving prior notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the card we have on file. Additionally, future appointments will not be allowed until the no-show fee is fully paid.

Client Conduct & Respect Policy

Client Conduct & Respect:
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone, all clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other guests. Harassment, inappropriate remarks, or any behavior that makes staff uncomfortable will not be tolerated. Arie Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client’s behavior violates these expectations.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Right to Refuse Services:
For the safety of both guests and staff, Arie Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time. Reasons may include but are not limited to: unsafe skin conditions, contagious conditions or infections, client intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or undisclosed contraindications. In such cases, deposits and fees are non-refundable.

Health, Hygiene & Safety Expectations

Health & Safety Requirements:
Clients are expected to arrive clean and free of substances that may impair judgment or sensitivity. For intimate waxing and skincare services, failure to disclose relevant health information (e.g., recent medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, infections) could result in rescheduling or refusal of services for safety reasons.

Children & Extra Guests

Children & Extra Guests:
To maintain a professional and safe space, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment rooms. Children and additional guests must wait outside of the service area and may not disrupt any appointments or salon management. Pets and animals are not permitted inside the salon.

Recording & Privacy Policy

Privacy & Recording:
For respect and confidentiality, recording audio, video, or photos during services is not permitted without prior written consent from the studio. Personal information shared with Arie Beauty Studio is kept strictly confidential.
