Appointment Policies
Thank you for choosing Arie Beauty Studio for your hair removal and self-care needs. We appreciate your time and commitment to our business. We know that plans can change, and we work to accommodate your needs while also respecting our staff's and other clients' time. Please take a moment to review our policies outlined below:
Booking:
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. An active card must be on file to secure your reservation.
Late Policy:
Scheduled appointments include a 6-minute grace period. After 7 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are not in the suite at 10 minutes and I am unable to accommodate your booked services, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your confirmation link or by emailing info@ariebeautystudio.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a 25% fee.
No Show Policy:
If you miss your appointment without giving prior notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the card we have on file. Additionally, future appointments will not be allowed until the no-show fee is fully paid.
